RATS is happy to announce the launch of our Elmer Program

This program is designed to pair up newly licensed hams within our membership with someone who has been active for several years. The idea is to give new operators someone who has interest in the same areas of the hobby to talk to, learn from, and a direct line for help.  This also helps to encourage participation by both new and seasoned members, and helps to cultivate relationships within the club.

The Administrator for this Program is:
Nathaniel W1OLE
