RATS Board of Directors

The RATS Board of Directors consists of five directors and four officers:  President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  All positions serve staggered two-year terms with the President, Vice President, and three directors elected in even-numbered years;  Secretary, Treasurer, and two directors in odd-numbered years.  There is no limit on number of terms served.  The election process begins in April of each year with selection of a Nominating Committee.  Voting is conducted electronically in July.  All active Full Members in good standing (Individual, Family, or Life) have a vote and are eligible to run for office.
