Special Meeting -- Bylaws & Nominations

A special meeting has been requested for the purpose of Bylaw's Amendments and 2020 Election business.   

At this meeting, members will be presented with a copy of the proposed changes to the Club Bylaws and to nominate members for the 2020 Election that has been delayed due to COVID19. In person attendance is needed to establish a quorum. Without a quorum of club members,  the proposed changes to the bylaws cannot be presented, nor can we make nominations for elections.

Social-Distancing will be practiced and members may remain outdoors if health concerns are present. For those who for health or other reasons cannot attend a Zoom meeting will be available, however Zoom users are not able to participate in club business functions during this meeting.
