Purpose: Review and Ratify Attorney’s recommendations regarding the review of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws. A small number of additional by-law recommendations will also be presented for approval. Details of the proposed changes will be included in the formal, USPS mailed “Special Membership Meeting” announcement.
